We respect copyright and respond to valid notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws elsewhere.

Reporting infringement

Use the flag → "It's illegal / copyright" option on the post, or send a notice to our designated agent:

Your notice must include:

1. your physical or electronic signature
2. the copyrighted work you say is infringed
3. the exact URL(s) of the material on thescriptroad.com
4. your contact details (address, phone, email)
5. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for them

We usually remove or disable the material within [2 business days] and tell the person who posted it.

Links to third-party hosts: we don't host videos. For files on Pixeldrain, Mega or other hosts, we remove the link and download pack from our site; please also notify the host so the file itself is taken down.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, send our agent:

1. your signature
2. what was removed and where it was
3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. your name, address and phone, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the US, any judicial district where we may be found), and that you'll accept service from the person who sent the notice

We forward it to the complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless they tell us they've filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts with [3] valid strikes are closed. False rights-checkbox claims count as strikes.
